Shipping & Returns
Shipping inside India is free of cost (above order value Rs. 500/-, excluding taxes), we use reliable courier companies like Blue Dart, Delhivery and FedEx to ship the products which are completely insured. Generally for Cash on Delivery orders, the courier company calls you before delivery. In case you are not available during delivery, you could call them back and arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their location. We shall not be responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery. Shipping TAT: 1-3 Business Working days.
Return & Refund Policy
At DIGIFASHION, it’s our constant endeavour to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return and exchange the order for a full refund of the paid price. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from DIGIFASHION website. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.
At DIGIFASHION we have 2 days return and exchange policy, it gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased from Fashiondream.co.in for any reason within 2 days of receipt of the item.
GUIDELINES FOR A VALID RETURN AND EXCHANGE
All product tags intact and in their original packaging
Product must be unused
Products must be in an unwashed and in undamaged condition
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.Returns and exchange are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.
Note: Only One time reverse pick-up would be done against an order.
TO RETURN A PRODUCT TO FASHION DREAM, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS
Create a 'Return Request' under “My Orders” section of Website. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the 'Return’ button. Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us basis on the return mode
We offer pick-up facility for the address used while placing order.
To raise a return request please drop us an email please send us an email at email@example.com or you can WhatsApp on +91 87094 89609 and we will process your request. Kindly share Order id, product name and product SKU on the email to avoid confusion. Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep. You will receive an SMS on the day of pick up.
FAILURE OF PRODUCT PICK-UP

At DIGIFASHION we have 2 days exchange policy, if you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
UNDER EXCHANGE POLICY
Only size exchanges are allowed.
Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.
If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain refund and purchase the new item separately
